Very prestigious facility in Charleston, WV is looking for Psychiatric NP (perm or temp). Dealing with mental illness, child behavioral or substance abuse issues, and intellectual disabilities or MRDD. NP will rotating between clinic and Crisis Residential Unit (CRU). CRU Unit is an outpatient facility with 8 beds, where patients average 7 to 10 days. CRU and clinic are down the street from each other.

Reviews patient records to determine health status. Performs psychological/psychiatric evaluations and assessments, and compile client medical data. Administers or orders diagnostic tests, electrocardiograms, and laboratory test results for deviations from normal. Makes determination for and handles all documentation relating to clients seeking disability evaluations. Develops and implements client management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care along with treatment teams.
